Since 1981, the Foire écologique et Bio d’Alsace has brought together more than 480 exhibitors at the Parc Expo in Colmar, offering a host of conferences, workshops and events on the theme ofecology and sustainable development.
The Eco-bio Fair is also the world’s largest organic wine fair, and tastings of certified products are organized throughout the event.
